Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We have an excellent opportunity for a Masker / Operator Inspector to join a well-established manufacturing team in Gloucester.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare manufactured components for the painting process
- Apply masking tape to components with precision and accuracy
- Carry out loading, unloading, and manual handling duties
- Inspect components using alignment gauges
- Perform hand-filing and surface preparation as required
- Clean components in readiness for final inspection
- Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail throughout the production process
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in preparation and polishing within a manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of masking, sanding, priming, and polishing techniques an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- A reliable, proactive, and flexible team player
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
