Our client, a well-established organisation within Sports and Leisure industry, based in Gloucester, has an exciting new opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Worker to join their team on a full time, temp to permanent basis.
The successful Grounds Maintenance Worker should have:
·A full clean driving licence
·Level 2 certificate in effective maintenance of 3G pitches is advantageous, but training will be provided.
·Strong organisational and administration skills.
In this role, the Grounds Maintenance Worker will be responsible for:
·Maintain and monitor the 3G pitch to industry standards, carrying out scheduled maintenance and daily inspections.
·Liaise with coaches and specialist contractors to ensure the pitch is prepared for training and match days.
·Support the wider maintenance team with site upkeep, opening the stadium each day, and responding to on site issues and emergencies.
