In this role, the Tunnel Team Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Supervising the construction, maintenance, and dismantling of polytunnels
- Ensuring all tunnels are maintained to a high standard and ready for each harvest season
- Organising and overseeing the daily workload of the tunnel team
- Carrying out repairs and identifying maintenance requirements
- Intensive polytunnel management
- Working to harvest schedules, and monitoring weather conditions
- Effectively and professionally managing the tunnel team to meet the required standard and targets
- Ensuring health and safety compliance, including correct use of PPE and reporting concerns
