We are seeking to appoint a passionate & highly motivated Chef de Partie to support our valued Client, an independent Pub with rooms, currently operating at one Rosette. Based in the Stroud area, working alongside a small team of experienced, passionate Chefs, the key focus of the Chef de Partie role will be supporting the Head Chef, a Chef with a very strong background in running two Rosette kitchens. His vision is to go for two Rosettes, as soon as he has the right Team in place, producing comforting, well-cooked British/ French dishes using fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. You will have the opportunity to work with good produce and most importantly in a friendly environment with excellent facilities and a fabulous, supportive owner, while contributing to menu development and presentation. As Chef de Partie, you will work across different sections of the kitchen, supporting the smooth running of service, while preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
