Procurement Coordinator & Administrative Support

Location: Ledbury | Salary: £30,000 | Great team culture

The Role

We’re looking for a Procurement Coordinator & Administrative Support to help the team manage procurement processes, supplier coordination, and ensure goods are delivered on time and in full. You’ll be at the heart of the administration operation, keeping accurate records and supporting strong organisational demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the procurement team with order management and tracking
  • Coordinate with suppliers on production schedules, lead times, and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and spreadsheets
  • Act as the central link between procurement, warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams
  • Provide high-quality administrative support, reporting, and tracking
