Our client, a growing and well-established property business based in Cheltenham, has an exciting new opportunity for a Property Sales and Progression Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis due to continued business growth.

The successful Property Sales and Progression Manager should have: Previous experience within legal property, conveyancing, residential property or estate agency.

A strong understanding of the residential property sales process, ideally from sale agreed through to completion.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to confidently manage multiple transactions and competing priorities.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to liaise professionally with clients, solicitors, lenders and other third parties.

Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of compliance and accurate record keeping.

A proactive, commercially minded approach with the confidence and motivation to generate your own property leads and listings.

The ability to draft professional legal documents and correspondence, with experience of case management systems and maintaining accurate files.

In this role, the Property Sales and Progression Manager will be responsible for: Managing the secured sales process from sale agreed through to completion, ensuring transactions progress smoothly and within target timescales.

Acting as a key point of contact for clients, solicitors, lenders and other third parties, proactively chasing and resolving issues to keep sales moving.

Managing multiple property transactions simultaneously while maintaining a highly professional and seamless customer experience.

Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation, legal packs, completion statements and case records while ensuring all compliance requirements are met.

Supporting with property searches, Land Registry applications and post-completion matters where required.

Assisting with marketing activity, including the wording and content of marketing materials, social media posts and website content.

Generating and winning property listings from your own leads, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings through uncapped commission.

Working closely with management through regular performance and workload reviews, with ongoing feedback, training and support to help you succeed and progress.

Our client is offering the successful Property Sales and Progression Manager a basic salary of £30,000, with realistic on-target earnings of £40,000 per annum through an uncapped bonus structure.

Commission can be earned from day one, with a guaranteed top-up payment during the first three months to provide financial security while you settle into the role.

Additional benefits include holiday allowance, pension, Monday to Friday working hours (9:00am–5:30pm), ongoing training and support, genuine opportunities for career progression and a collaborative working environment.
