The Role

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will help oversee the daily operation of the bar and grill, ensuring consistently high standards across service, guest experience and team performance. You will be a visible and enthusiastic leader, supporting the team through busy services and helping to create a welcoming, energetic and professional atmosphere.

  • Help develop and maintain strong service standards as the business grows

About You

We are looking for someone with genuine enthusiasm for hospitality who enjoys working in a busy, quality-led environment. You could currently be an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Senior Supervisor or experienced Chef de Rang looking to take the next step. You'll ideally have:

For the right person, there is plenty of scope to develop their career as the business continues to grow. Due to the rural location, access to your own transport is recommended.
