Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Tax Assistant to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Tax Assistant to work with a varied portfolio of clients in a supportive and professional environment.
The Role As a Tax Assistant, you will support a portfolio of personal tax clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, sole traders and partnerships.
Managing a portfolio of personal tax clients.
Preparing accurate Self-Assessment tax returns in line with HMRC requirements.
Assisting with HMRC enquiries and liaising with clients to resolve tax-related queries.
Building strong client relationships and providing a professional, responsive service.
Using tax software systems such as Digita or similar.
Previous personal tax experience gained within a UK accountancy practice (ideally 1β2 years).
Experience managing or assisting with a portfolio of personal tax clients.
Good Microsoft Office skills.
A-levels or equivalent qualifications are preferred, with good grades in Maths and English GCSE.
Our client is happy to support professional development and will contribute towards exam costs.
