Our client, a leader within the Healthcare industry, based in Cheltenham, has an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef to join their team on a full time, temporary basis starting immediately.
The successful Head Chef should have:·An NVQ Level 2 in Catering & Hospitality, or equivalent qualifications/experience.·A Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.·Experience managing a fast-paced kitchen environment.·Enhanced DBS certificate.
In this role, the Head Chef will be responsible for:·Leading, mentoring and training the kitchen team to ensure high standards across service.·Manage stock and kitchen operations efficiently and responsibly.·Deliver high quality meals, whilst responding to individual dietary needs with care and attention.·Our client is offering the successful Head Chef an hourly rate of £19.50 per hour, plus benefits including holiday allowance.
This is an ongoing assignment, working 08:00-18:00 and alternate weekends.
