We're seeking a driven Part-Qualified Accountant to join our Cheltenham-based finance team. This role is ideal for someone ready to step up, take on more ownership, and transition into a fully qualified position in the near future.
The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead on key aspects of the month-end close, including journals, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Prepare management accounts with supporting commentary and variance analysis.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

- Assist with audit processes and statutory reporting requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and controls.
About You
- Part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) and nearing completion.
- Solid experience in a finance or accounting role.
