Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years previous experience, working in an Industry environment, who is highly organised and has excellent attention to detail.
Key Duties Registration and processing of customer & supplier invoices.
Comprehensive and accurate customer & supplier file maintenance.
Reconciliation of Customer & supplier statements and liaison with customers & suppliers to resolve any queries.
Process payments to suppliers.
Purchase Order administration.
Company credit card reconciliation, posting all related invoices and payments.
Post petty cash transactions.
