Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
  • Coordinate schedules and organise meetings, preparing agendas and minutes as required

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately
  • Assist with invoicing, record keeping, and financial tracking related to projects
  • Support team members with administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and organising supplies
  • Monitor project deadlines and follow up on outstanding actions to ensure timely completion
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes to enhance efficiency
  • Assisting with O&M Manuals and handover documentation
  • Managing Subcontractor paperwork (RAMS, insurance, certifications)

Qualifications
