We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across commercial sites. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently
- Install and commission air conditioning and heating systems
- Ensure all work complies with current regulations and safety standards
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients on-site
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Engineer in a commercial environment
- Valid F-Gas (Category 1) qualification
- Commercial Gas Safe certification (essential)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including split systems, VRV/VRF, and AHUs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- Electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition)
- Experience with BMS systems
- IPAF or PASMA certification
