Re-Culture are partnered with a specialist UK medical supply company to recruit a Territory Sales Manager for their Surgical division. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a vast territory, covering a large area of key hospitals, and to work with a premium portfolio of Haemostats/Drapes and surgical consumables.
About the Role
You will manage and grow a large territory with over £2.5 million turnover of existing business, providing clinical and commercial support to surgeons, theatre staff, and procurement teams. The focus is on nurturing existing relationships, supporting procedures on-site, and maximising growth within established accounts.
- Managing accounts across the North of England with a particular focus around that M62 Corridor.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clinical teams in surgical departments.
- Planning your diary and territory autonomously, with full support from the team.
- Recording opportunities and activity using SAP and online tools.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets with uncapped earning potential.
About You
We’re looking for candidates with sales experience in surgical consumables, or specifically with Haemostats and surgical drapes. Strong operating theatre knowledge or a clinical background in surgeries will also be considered.
You will be:
- Consultative and relationship-focused.
- Confident in high-value, specialist clinical environments.
- Organised and capable of managing your own diary.
- Comfortable being on the road 5 days a week.
