About the Role

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to take full ownership of the company’s marketing activity. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to shape the marketing function of a growing business and work across a wide range of activities including digital, product, event, and content marketing.

  • Own and deliver marketing campaigns across digital, product, and event channels.
  • Develop, maintain, and standardise product marketing materials, including brochures, datasheets, presentations, and supplier listings.
  • Manage the company website and support its redesign with external agencies.
  • Lead organic social media, email campaigns, digital advertising, SEO.
  • Create engaging content and design marketing assets.
  • Plan and coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing activities.
  • Liaise with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams, providing ad-hoc marketing support as required.
  • Assist with day-to-day marketing administration and project coordination.

About you

  • Ideally 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing principles.
  • Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar).
  • Experience managing websites and social media channels.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM and CMS systems.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
