This is a brand-new, remote-first opportunity to join a growing B2B SaaS business in the construction and industrial space. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director, supporting both marketing and sales activity, with a strong focus on driving high-quality inbound leads and refining the go-to-market approach.
While the role is remote-first, we’re ideally looking for someone within commutable distance of Watford or London, with ad-hoc access to offices in Watford or North West London and a fortnightly team meet in Waterloo.
About the role
This is a hands-on marketing role where quality matters more than volume. You’ll act as a true marketing generalist and trusted partner to the MD, shaping messaging that resonates with high-value customers and directly supporting the sales function.
- Supporting the sales team with high-quality digital and product collateral
- Driving inbound leads through targeted B2B marketing activity
- Building and managing website content, landing pages and case studies
- Creating one-pagers, infographics and digital catalogues using Canva
- Managing targeted B2B email campaigns
- Supporting and executing PR initiatives focused on data-led storytelling
- Helping define marketing strategy and building out the lead database
- Working closely with the MD to adapt marketing approaches as the business evolves
- Engaging directly with customers to understand the market, product and messaging
About you
You’re an adaptable marketing generalist who enjoys variety and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves. You’re comfortable working in an evolving environment and thrive on learning the business from the ground up.
- Around 4 years’ B2B marketing experience
- Comfort working manually before introducing automation
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and numbers
- Excellent written communication and content skills
Industry experience that’s beneficial:
- B2B SaaS, construction, industrial, manufacturing, plant hire, freight or logistics
- Understanding of blue-collar and industrial buyer personas
- Experience in tech-enabled service businesses
Company benefits
- Salary £45,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
- Company-wide bonus scheme up to 20% of salary (paid annually in January)
