We’re partnering with a digital platform operating within the UK home moving and property services market. The business connects consumers who are moving home with trusted service providers including removals companies, conveyancers and surveyors through a network of comparison platforms.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive revenue, coach a small team and help shape the future of the commercial function. If you enjoy leading from the front, working with SME clients and building high-performing sales teams, this could be a fantastic opportunity.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for managing and developing a team of five sales and account management professionals, while also driving revenue growth across the company’s partner network.

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of 5 sales professionals
  • Setting and managing sales KPIs, targets and performance metrics
  • Running 1:1s, pipeline reviews and performance planning
  • Driving new partner acquisition across removals companies, conveyancing firms and surveying practices
  • Converting trial partnerships into long-term commercial contracts
  • Identifying upsell opportunities and account growth
  • Managing partner relationships to maximise retention and lifetime value
  • Working closely with marketing and operations teams to improve lead performance
  • Supporting the rollout and adoption of HubSpot CRM

This role is remote-first, with occasional collaboration online and potential in-person meetings where required.

About You

We’re looking for a commercially driven B2B Sales Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building strong sales teams. You will likely have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales
  • Experience managing and developing sales teams
  • A proven track record of delivering and exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience selling into SME customers
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • A data-driven approach to sales performance

Highly desirable experience includes:

  • Lead generation or marketplace businesses
  • PropTech, LegalTech or digital platforms
  • Property-related sectors such as removals, conveyancing or surveying
  • CRM-driven sales environments (HubSpot experience beneficial)

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, commercially sharp and comfortable leading from the front.
