About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, hands‑on Paid Media Lead to join a fast‑growing performance marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on strategy, campaign delivery, and developing others, while still being actively involved “on the tools.” You’ll work across Google, Microsoft, Meta, Display, and TV channels, delivering measurable results for a diverse portfolio of clients, from eCommerce and wellness brands to larger household names via white‑label partnerships.

Working Model

  • Based in Brighton HQ
  • 4 days in the office (flexible for one day per week)
  • Option for more office days if preferred
  • Minimal travel to client meetings, fully expensed

About the Media Team

You’ll join a growing, collaborative team of Paid Media specialists, working closely with:

  • Media Specialists (Google, Microsoft, Meta)
  • Strategists
  • Account Management & Client Services
  • Operations & Business Development

Role Summary

As Media, you will:

  • Lead and deliver high‑performing Paid Media campaigns
  • Own strategy and results across a client portfolio, ensuring strong commercial impact
  • Present performance insights and growth strategies confidently to clients
  • Mentor and develop the media team (currently a team of 4), helping them grow in confidence and skill
  • Identify opportunities to expand client activity and support new business pitches
  • Contribute to team culture by sharing industry insights, trends, and inspiration

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Display, and TV
  • Ensure campaigns meet client KPIs, ROI targets, and deliver measurable growth
  • Test and introduce new channels, formats, and approaches to drive incremental performance
  • Maintain best practices, templates, and standards across all client accounts
  • Manage and mentor 4 Paid Media specialists
  • Run 1:1s, set PDPs, and support career progression
  • Lead internal training sessions, sharing industry updates and insights
  • Support junior team members in client calls, strategy, and optimisation

Client Growth & Business Development

  • Build strong, transparent relationships with clients
  • Identify opportunities for additional services or channels
  • Support pitches, RFP responses, and presentations
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner for clients

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within performance marketing
  • Hands on line management experience
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Google Ads
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Display, and ideally TV
  • Ability to analyse performance data and optimise campaigns
  • Confident presenting strategy and results to clients
