Paid Media Executive
Location: Brighton (Hybrid: 3–4 days in office)
Salary: £28–32K + bonus
Role Overview
A growing independent digital marketing agency is seeking a Junior Paid Media Executive to join the performance marketing team.
This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is eager to develop hands‑on experience across search, social, and programmatic campaigns , learn campaign optimisation, and gain exposure to client reporting and strategy development.
You will work closely with senior Paid Media Managers to deliver high‑performing campaigns , track performance, and learn best practices across multiple channels.
This position offers structured training, mentorship, and a clear career progression path to Paid Media Manager and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support
Assist in planning, implementing, and optimising Paid Media across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and report findings to senior team members.
Assist in A/B testing of ad copy, targeting, and creative.
Help manage budgets, pacing, and bids under supervision.
Support preparation of client reports and presentations.
Team Collaboration & Learning
Work closely with Paid Media Managers and senior specialists.
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and cross‑team collaboration.
Learn and adopt best practices, templates, and optimisation processes .
Client & Business Awareness
Support senior team members in client‑facing activities , including report preparation and data presentation.
Gain exposure to campaign strategy discussions and understand client objectives.
Assist in research for potential campaign opportunities and optimisations.
Skills & Experience Required
1–2 years’ experience in paid media, digital marketing, or PPC campaigns .
Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads preferred.
Basic understanding of analytics, tracking, and reporting (Google Analytics, GA4 a plus).
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Eagerness to learn, analytical mindset, and test‑and‑learn approach.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced agency environment .
