Youll be the bridge between product and practice advising clients, tailoring solutions, and partnering with sales, product and project teams to drive change that boosts productivity and results. Expect meaningful responsibility and the chance to make a visible impact from day one.
What youll do
- Run in depth consultations to understand client needs and pain points, then tailor solutions that maximise effectiveness and efficiency.
- Share insights, best practices and industry trends to optimise implementation and utilisation.
- Partner with sales, product and project teams for a seamless transition from discovery to delivery.
What youll bring
- 2+ years as a Solutions Consultant or Business Analyst within the UK personal lines and/or London Market insurance space.
- Strong planning, organisation and attention to detail; resilient, adaptable and naturally analytical.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and in a team.
- Working knowledge of APIs, Agile delivery, and insurance administration systems; familiarity with low code automation, SaaS, and (bonus!) AI/prompt engineering.
Nice to haves: risk/return assessment, web UIs, technical product management and testing methods, high EQ and negotiation skills.
