As an Associate Solutions Consultant, you'll bridge the gap between technology and real-world business needs acting as a problem solver, advisor, and strategic partner for our clients and internal teams.
What you'll do:
- Run in-depth consultations to understand client needs and pain points.
- Customise and tailor solutions to maximise effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure solutions align with objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Share best practices, industry trends, and strategies to optimise solution implementation.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and project management for seamless delivery.
What you'll bring:
- 3 years experience in the UK personal lines and/or London Market insurance industry.
- High resilience and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Strong planning, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and logical problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable:
- Experience with web UIs, technical product management, low-code automation tools, SaaS, project lifecycle, APIs, and Agile or other project methodologies.
- Emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills are a plus.
