About The Company:

Role Overview:
Join us as a Business Analyst to support the design and development of custom and core product features specifically for the personal lines insurance sector. You\’ll work closely with domain experts to identify business requirements, address usability concerns, and document system changes. Act as the bridge between the Customer and the Delivery Team, writing user stories and acceptance criteria with a focus on insurance-related functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and technical requirements with a focus on insurance processes.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for solution design and implementation tailored to the insurance industry.
- Evaluate and improve business processes and systems within the insurance domain.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with a focus on insurance stakeholders.
- Assist with project estimation and change requests specific to insurance projects.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders in the insurance sector.
- Provide feedback on testing deliverables and peer review outputs related to insurance functionalities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Certified or qualified by experience.
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst role within the insurance industry.
- Experience with 3rd parties and integrations in the insurance sector.
- Agile methodology experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of insurance, particularly UK personal lines and claims administration.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in business and data analysis tools and techniques.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Resilient, adaptable, and proactive.
- Knowledge of BPMN and UML.
- Experience with web UIs and RDT’s Landscape product.
- Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps, Visio, XML, JSON, and SQL.
