Act as the bridge between the Customer and the Delivery Team, writing user stories and acceptance criteria with a focus on insurance-related functionalities. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business and technical requirements with a focus on insurance processes. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for solution design and implementation tailored to the insurance industry. Evaluate and improve business processes and systems within the insurance domain.
