As an Associate Solutions Consultant, you'll bridge the gap between technology and real-world business needs, acting as a problem solver, advisor, and strategic partner for our clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Run in-depth consultations to understand client needs and pain points.
  • Customise and tailor solutions to maximise effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure solutions align with objectives, budgets, and timelines.
  • Share best practices, industry trends, and strategies to optimise solution implementation.
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and project management for seamless delivery.

Qualifications

  • 3 years experience in the UK personal lines and/or London Market insurance industry.
  • High resilience and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and logical problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable

  • Experience with web UIs, technical product management, low-code automation tools, SaaS, project lifecycle, APIs, and Agile or other project methodologies.
  • Emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills are a plus.
