About RDP Creative
RDP Creative is a global creative production agency with a growing team of 80 people across London, Hong Kong, LA, and Shenzhen. We work with some of the world’s most exciting brands to deliver outstanding creative and production solutions that push boundaries and bring bold ideas to life. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a collaborative, and fast‑paced environment and build something from the ground up that has lasting impact.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring our first Project Administrator, someone with experience of the project ‘lifecycle’, ideally with specific experience with manufacturing consumer products. RDP is looking for someone who can take autonomy of the administrative process, and support a busy team of Project Managers and Account Managers/Directors. You’ll work closely with the team to strengthen our project administrative procedure, ensuring the department is able to work effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing – Day to Day
- This is a hands‑on, collaborative role. You’ll manage the entire administrative process for both the day‑to‑day of the department and on specific projects, combining operational excellence with consistency.
- Keep SAP up to date with latest information as it pertains to projects, raising issues with the Project Manager immediately.
- Organise and manage product sample sending, and tracking.
- Creating and maintaining tracking documents, communicating any issues with the relevant teams.
- Regular reporting on open Sales Order Confirmations and Purchase Orders.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members on project management processes, tools (Monday.com, SAP), and procedures.
- Office Administration: Answer the door, monitor and restock office stationary.
What We’re Looking For
A proven Project Administrator with experience in creative, media, production, or similarly fast‑paced environments supporting teams executing end‑to‑end project delivery. Tech‑savvy, organised and solutions‑focused, someone who brings order to the chaos without losing the creative spark.
What we can offer:
- 23 days annual leave
- £25K – £28K annual salary + non‑sales staff bonus scheme.
- Generous Private Medical Insurance (Single or Family options available)
- Season Ticket Loan and Cycle to Work Scheme
- Professional development, Workplace training and Mentoring.
Location: We operate an on‑premises working model where employees are expected to be in the London office Mon to Fri.
This is your chance to support an exciting team for a global creative business at a pivotal stage of growth. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
