The Opportunity
We’re hiring our first Project Administrator, someone with experience of the project ‘lifecycle’, ideally with specific experience with manufacturing consumer products. RDP is looking for someone who can take autonomy of the administrative process, and support a busy team of Project Managers and Account Managers/Directors. You’ll work closely with the team to strengthen our project administrative procedure, ensuring the department is able to work effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing – Day to Day
This is a hands-on, collaborative role. You’ll manage the entire administrative process for both the day-to-day of the department and on specific projects, combining operational excellence with consistency.
- Project Administration
- Raising Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Order Confirmation (SOC) / sourcing docs.
- Keep SAP up to date with latest information as it pertains to projects, raising issues with the Project Manager immediately.
- Organise and manage product sample sending, and tracking.
- Creating and maintaining tracking documents, communicating any issues with the relevant teams.
- Regular reporting on open Sales Order Confirmations and Purchase Orders.
- Raise shipping labels
- Stock Reports
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members on project management processes, tools (Monday.com, SAP), and procedures.
- Arrange couriers
- Answer the door
- Monitor and restock office stationary

A proven Project Administrator with experience in creative, media, production, or similarly fast-paced environments supporting teams executing end-to-end project delivery. Tech-savvy, organised and solutions-focused, someone who brings order to the chaos without losing the creative spark.
