At RDP, we partner with some of the most successful and well-known film and game studios, brands, theme parks, and retailers across the globe, making their IP and vision come to life with our innovative products, driving awareness and captivating audiences.

RDP-Creative are looking for a mid-level designer to join a well-established in-house design team, designing a range of different promotional and retail products, largely for the movie, gaming, and entertainment industries. The role involves both graphic and 3D product design.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Research and ideation, leading to product concepts.
  • Visualisation and development of concepts by creating 2D and 3D visuals.
  • Building presentations to convey and sell the ideas.
  • Creating graphic and 3D files for our factories to manufacture from.
  • Working with and presenting to clients in person.

Knowledge in the following programs is required:

  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Rhinoceros (or similar)
  • Keyshot / Adobe Dimensions
  • Zbrush (or similar)

It’s an exciting opportunity to design fun merchandise while also building your skills and experience across a wide range of disciplines, materials, and manufacturing methods. Some similar industry experience is essential, as is a love of movies and/or gaming.
