About Us
We’re a growing hospitality group with two established venues and two more launching soon, alongside a developing e-commerce brand. We’ve worked with agencies and in-house teams. We’re now bringing paid media fully internal and investing in a dedicated growth role.
The role
This is a newly created position with real ownership. You’ll be responsible for turning ad spend into revenue, leading paid social across both:
- venues (footfall and bookings)
- e-commerce (online sales)
Primary focus: Meta Ads Manager
Secondary: TikTok Ads Manager
How you work
- Fast-paced, creative and content-driven
- Rapid testing of creatives, hooks and offers
- Quick feedback loops – scaling what works and cutting what doesn’t
- Improving funnel performance (ads to landing page to conversion)
- Close collaboration with our in-house content creator (who leads organic strategy)
- Use of AI tools and platform automation to improve speed and output
What we’re looking for
- Strong track record with Meta Ads Manager (essential)
- Experience with TikTok Ads Manager or a strong creative-led mindset
- Experience managing and scaling paid social budgets (£50k–£100k+ monthly)
- Commercial mindset focused on revenue and profit
Bonus (not essential)
- CRO or landing page optimisation experience
- Exposure to Google Ads

As we scale, we plan to build out a small in-house media function to support the wider business. This role will play a key part in shaping that direction, with the opportunity to influence how it’s built, define processes, and potentially support future hires as the team grows.
