We’re looking for passionate Specialist MSK Physiotherapists to join our innovative service, which is based in Exmouth Hospital and also provides MSK Clinics at Seachange, Budleigh Salterton.

You will provide specialist musculoskeletal assessment and treatment for a wide range of patients, referred from GPs/First Contact Practitioners, Consultants, and other Healthcare Professionals.

Classes and clinics
This is a varied role which includes different exercise classes run at our local leisure centre and also on site, at Exmouth Hospital. We also offer the opportunity to support our community fracture clinic, working alongside a specialist GP Lead and offering Physiotherapy intervention for Fracture Clinic patients.

Your team
You will be supported by a team of experienced clinicians to help you reach your potential and you will be involved in mentoring Band 5 Physiotherapists, Support Workers and Undergraduate Physiotherapy students.

We are a friendly and dynamic team, who are always striving to provide excellent care for our patients. We provide the opportunity to be part of special interest groups, where you will be able to work with other team members on project work, training sessions and also the potential to be involved in research trials.

Training and development opportunities are in high supply here, whether you are interested in clinical or leadership development courses we\’ll support you in finding the best way to grow. We actively encourage CPD and you will have an opportunity to spend time with our range of specialists as part of your CPD.

Support and wellbeing All new team members have a tailored induction and your team will be on hand to offer guidance and support, with your manager providing regular 121s and appraisals. Plus, there’s Trust wide events and activities focused on Wellbeing.

Working hours
