We are looking to recruit a full time Medical Secretary Team Leader to join lead our Paediatric Admin team.
Whilst existing leadership experience is preferred, we would encourage applications from experienced Medical Secretaries looking to progress into their first formal leadership role.
The ideal candidate will have strong prioritisation skills, a passion for leading and enjoy working as part of a busy team. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proven experience in dealing with service users on the telephone. You will be flexible and adaptable with excellent IT skills. You will also have the ability to use your own initiative to meet the changing needs of the department and the Paediatric Service.
Working Pattern:37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
