Are you interested in joining our friendly and busy Neurology Team? We have an exciting role working with the Epilepsy nurses as their main administrative secretarial support. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Service Administrator (Medical Secretary) to join the Neurology team based in Bowmoor House, Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital Wonford.
As an individual we are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a busy and vibrant team, who is able to prioritise their workload, and can remain calm under pressure. To provide a full and efficient secretarial service to the Neurology Epilepsy Nurses.
About the Role
- You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven experience in dealing with service users on the telephone.
- You will be flexible and adaptable with excellent IT skills.
- You will need to enjoy the challenge of working as part of a busy team yet have the ability to use your own initiative to meet the changing needs of the department and Neurology service.

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday Full Time Permanent.
