Responsibilities include supporting the day-to-day operation of the MTO team, assisting in the analysis of pathology samples, and managing materials such as receipting, storage, stock control, and monitoring of laboratory consumables. The role involves overseeing the flow of specimens through the laboratory and providing guidance to the MTO staff cohort as required. Additionally, the post holder will assist in leading the MTO staff cohort in coordinating and delivering laboratory trial work alongside senior laboratory staff.
