We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our Agile Research Delivery Team (ARDT), supporting the ARDT with the collection and quality of data relating to participants in health and care research. This role plays a key part in ensuring research data is accurate, timely and maintained throughout the full life cycle of a research study. This post can be based anywhere within the South West region, with office space in Truro, Plymouth and Exeter.

Working closely with members of the ARDT you will act as a point of contact for all data related queries, liaising with a variety of stakeholders throughout the life cycle of a research study. You will assist the research delivery team with all aspects of participant record maintenance and will be experienced in the use of Local Project Management Systems (LPMS). The role includes processing data associated with out of hospital research activity and Service Support Costs (SSCs) and work with other RRDN departments to ensure cost effective use of NHS resources. You will provide administrative and data support to the RRDN Study Support Service for primary and community care research portfolio, along with uploading, monitoring and maintaining accurate patient recruitment records in the local LPMS database. The role will be an integral part of the Agile Research Delivery Team which sits within the RRDN core team. The post holder will be accountable to the Senior Agile Research Delivery Nurse.

As part of the Agile Research Delivery Team, you will provide essential data and administrative support that enables the effective delivery of health and care research. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality participant data, supporting research activity across a range of settings, and ensuring accurate records are held within local systems. You will work collaboratively with research delivery colleagues and RRDN teams, supporting participant record management, processing research-related data, and responding to queries throughout the life cycle of studies. Your work will contribute to the effective use of NHS resources.

This role is well suited to someone with strong organisational skills, experience of LPMS data systems, and an interest in supporting research delivery within a collaborative team environment.
