Are you a Dietitian looking to work within a friendly and supportive Dietetic team? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dietitian to join our team of four Specialist Gastro Dietitians at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (RD&E) on a fixed term basis. This role supports both inpatient and outpatient gastroenterology & Upper GI services.
We are ideally looking for someone with varied post‑graduate experience covering a range of specialities; experience within the area of gastroenterology and UGI is desirable. Advanced communication skills are essential as you will be working closely with the MDT; liaising with Consultants, GPs, nurses and other essential members of the MDT. This post holder will be a source of clinical expertise within the Trust.
About the Role
More detail about the role: The post holder will be part of the Royal Devon University Healthcare (RDUH) NHS Foundation Trusts Eastern Nutrition and Dietetics Team. We have a team of over 40 Dietitians and 4 Dietetic Assistant Practitioners who work at the RD&E. We offer excellent clinical supervision, peer support and CPD opportunities.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week

This is a fixed‑term contract from 13/07/2026 to 12/07/2027. For current NHS employees, this post could be a secondment opportunity.
