The delivery of new digital systems is a key facet of the role Digital Services play within the Trust. Our Pathology service is moving to a new location, and this role will form a key part of the project team responsible for the successful relocation, specifically focussing on the design and delivery of digital services into BAY to support the move.

About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed term role for an experienced Technical Support Analyst focused on project work related to the move of the Pathology service to new premises. The role is wide ranging, working across Digital teams, clinical and admin teams, and suppliers to design and implement digital solutions. The successful candidate will have broad knowledge, be articulate, able to understand new technology quickly, and translate that information into solution designs for both technical and non‑technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and delivery of digital services into BAY to support the move.
  • Implementation of solution designs in collaboration with other teams and suppliers.
  • Relay key information to BAU teams to allow for handover and ongoing support.
  • Work within a 12‑month implementation timeframe and ensure timely delivery.

Working Pattern: 9-5 Monday-Friday.
