The Royal Devon’s Digital Services Team is seeking an enthusiastic individual to support their commitment to providing efficient, sustainable 24/7 support. This role is an ideal opportunity for an individual to join the team who has an IT qualification, little or no experience. If you have an IT qualification equivalent to an A-Level or greater and desire a career in the Trust's Digital Services team, this may be the role for you.

About the Role:

  • Delivering first-line support for Digital and Clinical Digital services during standard working hours.
  • Working long days (12/12.5 hour shifts) as required to provide weekend and bank holiday cover along with standard 7.5 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 20:00 - 37.5 hours average per week.
  • Opportunity to work from home on specific shifts and the RDE Heavitree Service Desk Office.
  • This working pattern ensures exposure to diverse responsibilities across the Digital Services Team, with salary enhancements reflecting the unique shift patterns.

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week (average), weekend and bank holiday work as required.
