An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Physiotherapist with a specialist interest and experience in Pelvic Health to join the Therapy Service at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This permanent role offers 30 hours per week, worked across 4 days, and is primarily based within the outpatient setting, with occasional involvement in the management of inpatient cases where required.

This is a highly specialist role involving the assessment and treatment of a dedicated complex caseload across pre‑ and post‑natal musculoskeletal care, gynaecology, pelvic pain, and male pelvic health. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role, providing management and clinical supervision for physiotherapy teams across North Devon and Exeter, while also supporting the wider Physiotherapy Service as needed.

You will be responsible for ensuring high‑quality physiotherapy provision, driving service performance, patient outcomes, and effective service delivery. The role also includes supporting staff development through training and mentorship, as well as working closely with the Head of Acute Physiotherapy on service organisation, recruitment, and wider HR responsibilities.
