We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Band 6 nurse within our Sexual Health team to progress into a Band 7 Clinical Nurse Manager role. This post plays a key role in the day-to-day management of sexual health clinics while remaining clinically active and delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. The successful candidate will be a highly competent and confident clinician who continues to undertake regular clinics and provide direct patient care alongside their leadership responsibilities.
About the Role
The role includes providing clinical leadership, supporting staff development, overseeing clinic flow and operational delivery, and working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure services are safe, effective, and aligned with local and national standards.
We are recruiting to two full-time vacancies: This is an excellent development opportunity for a motivated clinician looking to take the next step into a leadership and management role within a dynamic and supportive sexual health service.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. Monday- Friday 9am-5pm- Weekends may be required but this will be discussed. Some later clinic coverage may also be required.
