Overview
Senior CX Analyst within the Expert Services team, serving as the analytical engine for strategic partnerships with Mid-Market and Small Enterprise clients.
You will own the analytical lifecycle from design to delivery, transforming raw data into actionable insights that support CX transformations and long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Analytical Execution (70%): Manage the full lifecycle of custom insight reviews, conduct deep-dive analyses to identify narratives and sentiment trends that inform client strategy; translate complex, unstructured feedback into clear narratives using data visualization and polished presentation materials.
- Strategic Advisory & Account Growth (30%): Use analytical findings to drive strategic conversations with clients, facilitate strategic workshops (e. g., Customer Journey Mapping and maturity assessments), identify whitespace opportunities to expand service revenue, and support contract renewals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years in strategic insights, data analytics, or CX consulting (ideally within Saa S or market research).
- Advanced data storytelling and presentation: ability to synthesize complex data into actionable narratives for executive audiences.
- CX Methodology: Knowledge of CX best practices, survey design, and research methodologies.
- Commercial & Strategic Mindset: Ability to identify growth opportunities and frame data as a value-based business solution.
- Technical Proficiency: SQL and analytics tools; experience with data visualization platforms; familiarity with AI-driven tools to enhance analysis speed and efficiency.
- Autonomy & Collaboration: Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects independently while collaborating with internal teams.
- Location & Reporting
Location: Hybrid (Liverpool office) or fully remote, based on candidate preference.
Reports to the Global Senior Manager, Expert Services.
Focus: Mid-Market and Small Enterprise accounts.
