Role: Sales Enablement Manager – Liverpool
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Enablement, you will be the primary enabler for our EMEA sales teams (SDRs, AEs, AMs), ensuring they have the tools, training, and content needed to win.
Responsibilities:
- Provide “just‑in‑time” support by working directly with BDRs, AEs, and AMs in prospecting, deal execution, and renewals.
- Join deal reviews and pipeline meetings to identify immediate help for the team.
- Guide new hires through their 30/60/90‑day learning pathways, ensuring full productivity from Day 1.
- Partner with Marketing and Product to convert high‑level messaging into sales‑ready assets such as battlecards, email templates, and pitch decks.
- Lead live and virtual workshops, role‑play sessions, and skill refreshers to keep the team sharp.
- Help the team master our tech stack (Seismic, Gong, Salesforce) through “how‑to” support and workflow optimisation.
- Act as the “eyes and ears” of the Enablement team in EMEA, gathering field feedback to iterate on global programs.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales enablement experience, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Undergraduate degree preferred (not required).
- Player‑coach mentality: collaborative, initiative‑driven, and comfortable rolling up sleeves.
- Track record of turning ambiguous directives into practical tools for sales reps.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex product updates clearly.
- Tech savvy with familiarity of modern GTM tools (LMS, CMS, CRM) and interest in leveraging AI to improve seller productivity.
- Adaptability and organisational skills to manage multiple high‑priority projects in a fast‑paced environment.
