We are looking for a dependable and experienced Senior Architectural Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone with hands‑on project experience in Singapore who enjoys seeing a project through.
Requirements:
- Registrable with the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore
- Minimum six years of architectural experience (preferably healthcare project) in Singapore
- Strong working knowledge of project implementation, with hands‑on experience in site supervision, contract administration, and consultant coordination
- Familiar with the day‑to‑day demands of construction‑stage project management, including contractor liaison, site issue resolution, and documentation
- Proactive and dependable, with a practical mindset and good communication skills
- Works well independently but thrives in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment
- GMAP/Enhanced GMAAP qualifications will be advantageous
