Project secretary provides secretarial and administrative support to the project team.
Responsibilities:- Handle pre-qualification/tender documents, confidential letters and contract administration for projects.
- Prepare letters and forms to clients, authorities, consultants and contractors according to prescribed standards.
- Documentation control for projects.
- Secretarial assistance for all directors and assist with reception duties.
- GCE 'A' Level / Diploma
- Minimum 3 years of experience in consultancy firms; architectural office experience an advantage.
