Established 15 years ago and headquartered in London, my client is a specialist Financial Services consultancy with a proven track record of working with some of the world\’s largest financial institutions. With offices in London, New York and Bangalore, we have delivered significant transformation and change for both Banking and Insurance clients, globally. We are practitioner-led: our consultants are Subject Matter Experts drawn from the Banking and Insurance sectors; The purpose of this role is to provide contractual and office management. Review of IR35 risk for new engagements. Assist the Head of Legal with contractual administration where appropriate. Managing Associate onboarding including set up on the company systems, new email addresses, building pass cards, company documentation, onboarding instructions etc. Arranging the company/Associate travel and accommodation (both domestic and international). Assisting with permanent staff new starter onboarding. Managing office health and safety including liaison with Peninsula regarding compliance audits. General office duties including ordering stationery and other miscellaneous office supplies; managing confidential waste, printers/photocopiers etc. Liaison with building management and IT support provider. Undertaking regular GDPR compliance exercise. Someone that works both independently and collaboratively, in a timely, well organised manner, paying close attention to detail and ensuring risks are well managed. Will be experienced in contract management, procurement and basic contract law. Highly experienced in navigating IR35 regulations during contract negotiations. Ideally, will hold a relevant certification in Contract Management or Procurement, but will consider candidates with strong hands-on experience.
