PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, market research, and targeted prospecting activities to support the firm’s growth objectives.
- Support Business Development leads in identifying priority sectors, target organisations and key decision-makers, helping to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Arrange, attend and contribute to sales meetings with prospective clients to understand their strategic priorities, identify opportunities, and position the client's capabilities effectively.
- Assist BD leads in preparing proposals, pitch materials and commercial documentation, contributing research, insight and analysis to strengthen the firm’s value proposition.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, supporting account development activities and identifying opportunities for follow-on engagements or expanded scope.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- A minimum of 2 years consultancy experience in financial services environments.
- Demonstrable success in bidding and winning new business.
