R&D Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to provide high‑quality training and support for diagnostic products used in healthcare settings. You will play a key role in ensuring customers are confident in using these solutions while contributing to an excellent overall experience. Regular travel, including overnight stays, will be required to meet business needs. Access to a car is essential for this position.

Responsibilities
- Provide training to healthcare professionals on diagnostic products and record sessions to ensure compliance with standards.
- Address customer inquiries related to product use, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Assist with product installations and software/hardware setups during launches.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Strong knowledge of medical concepts and practical application in healthcare settings.
- Excellent communication, time management, and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Full driving licence and access to a car.
- Passport for potential overseas training.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Background in nursing or medical device training.
- Familiarity with NHS organisations and hospital environments.
- Experience designing and delivering customised training programmes.
- Knowledge of medical systems, quality assurance, and customer relationship tools.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and provide on‑site support.
