R&D Partners is looking for a Sales Representative to join a specialized commercial team on a fixed-term assignment. The role involves promoting a portfolio of diagnostic devices, digital tools, and solutions that support effective management of chronic conditions. The position focuses on executing go‑to‑market strategies, engaging key stakeholders, and supporting healthcare professionals with the adoption of innovative technologies. This is a field-based role that requires regular travel within the allocated territory. This position is based in the Midlands, UK. Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Responsibilities
- Execute the commercial strategy for NPC products and digital solutions.
- Stay updated on NHS and Health and Social Care developments in England to ensure effective strategy execution.
- Map and engage with clinical and financial key opinion leaders across Primary, Community, and Secondary care to drive advocacy and influence.
- Build a network of clinical and non-clinical advocates to promote the adoption of the NPC portfolio.
- Provide training and support to healthcare professionals on the use of solutions.
- Monitor market developments, NHS landscape changes, procurement processes, and tendering opportunities to maximize growth and mitigate risks.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or Nursing preferred; other relevant Graduate/Postgraduate Degrees are a plus.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in POC diagnostics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exposure to medical and market access topics with cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Ability to thrive in a diverse, fast-paced environment while driving innovation.
- Familiarity with NHS processes and market dynamics.
- Valid driver's license required.
