R&D Partners is seeking a Scientific Communications Manager to lead the creation and execution of impactful communication strategies. In this role, you will translate complex scientific and clinical information into clear, compelling narratives that effectively engage both internal stakeholders and external audiences.

Responsibilities:- Develop and manage global scientific communication strategies for a portfolio of beauty brands.
- Create and maintain a centralized hub for scientific data, claims, and product validation to enhance credibility and competitiveness.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
- Support communication efforts, including proactive and reactive messaging.
- Measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and refine them based on insights.
- Stay updated on innovative storytelling methods and share scientific research in creative ways.
- Collaborate with various teams (e.g., research, testing, regulatory, marketing) to gather and translate scientific evidence into accessible content.
