R&D Partners is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of regulatory experts and drive strategic initiatives in the cosmetics and OTC sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory affairs, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for ensuring compliance in product development and market launches.

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and manage a team of four regulatory experts to enable effective product strategies.
- Regulatory Strategy: Define and implement a regulatory strategy that supports new product development and successful market launches.
- Product Development Compliance: Oversee regulatory activities aligned with the company's three-year global product development plan.
- Horizon Scanning: Build strong external networks to identify threats and opportunities in the evolving regulatory landscape.
- Processes & Governance: Develop efficient processes to streamline regulatory activities across new and existing product lines.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Experience within the cosmetic or OTC sector.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulatory environment.
- Pragmatic, logical, and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, motivating, and integrating teams.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize a varied workload.
- Commercial acumen and business awareness.
