R&D Partners is seeking a highly experienced Head of Quality to lead and drive the global quality strategy for a leading organization in the Food/Drink/Nutritional/Cosmetics industry. This role focuses on ensuring products meet the highest global standards of safety, efficacy, and consistency while fostering innovation and growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the global quality team to ensure compliance with KPIs, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
- Define and implement a global quality vision, strategy, and policies aligned with business goals.
- Champion a culture of quality across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams.
- Act as a global authority on quality matters with regulators, partners, and industry bodies.
- Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Promote operational excellence by managing QA and QC functions across all sites, both internal and third-party.
- Ensure effective triage, investigation, and management of consumer complaints and feedback.
- Lead serious incident investigations and manage global product recall processes.
- Provide leadership to the global quality team, ensuring performance management and professional development.
- Deliver a management review process and risk-based internal audit program to maintain compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement by adopting market insights and industry best practices.

- Proven experience as a quality leader with in-depth knowledge of quality systems and operational quality processes.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in developing and managing teams of subject matter experts.
- Excellent influencing and senior stakeholder management abilities.

- Knowledge of regulatory landscapes, including MHRA, FSA, BSI, and HPRA.
