R&D Partners is seeking a Laboratory Support Coordinator to join a dynamic team in the Newcastle Region, UK. This is a fully onsite role offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced biomedical scientist or application support scientist to provide technical service cover and customer support for pathology laboratory solutions.

Responsibilities- Provide laboratory scientist training and troubleshooting support.
- Deliver effective customer support and coordinate issue resolution onsite.
- Attend customer review meetings and build strong customer relationships.
- Support the implementation of installation projects, system modifications, and troubleshooting investigations.
- In-depth understanding of the medical diagnostics industry with experience in hospital laboratories or diagnostics solution providers.
- Proven ability to implement best‑in‑class laboratory practices and troubleshoot effectively.
